Mariclair Plante’s artistic tour in Tunisia, from July 26 to August 3, 2025, was marked by live painting performances presented at six prestigious festivals. In collaboration with the group Nouvelle Cadence, she created original works inspired by the rhythms and soundscapes of the performances, celebrating a dialogue between North American, Maghreb, and Middle Eastern cultures. Her works were presented to Tunisian cultural representatives, and a special painting was offered to the Ministry of Culture, symbolizing artistic exchange and mutual recognition.

During the Africa and Middle East Digital Health Conference held in Tunisia from September 22 to 24, 2022, Mariclair Plante represented Canada with distinction. Organized by the Tunisian Association for Health Promotion in collaboration with the WHO, the event brought together participants from across Africa and the Middle East around innovation and culture. Mariclair took part in a live music and painting performance, creating a work inspired by Maghreb and intercultural rhythms, symbolizing the convergence of creativity, health, and humanity.
