Shipping and Delivery

We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel any order if necessary. If a payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, a refund will be issued.

Shipping times and costs are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Refund Policy

Refund requests are accepted under the following conditions:

1. The item is damaged upon receipt.

2. The item does not meet reasonable expectations.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

Refunds do not apply to:

Returns may be made in person at:

For returns by mail:

1. Securely package the item using original packaging if possible.

2. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Once the artwork has been received and accepted, the artist is not responsible for damage caused by handling, installation, storage conditions, or temperature exposure.

It is strongly recommended to avoid prolonged direct sunlight exposure and temperatures below 10°C (50°F).

Marie-Claire Plante and her representatives are not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the website.

Indemnification

As a user, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marie-Claire Plante from any liability, cost, claim, damage, or expense arising from your use of this website or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Canada.
